These new regulations limiting lead to additional fees apply to these countries and territories, which is not a State Tribal certification scheme approved lead reduction. Currently, these states are Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, South Carolina and New York.
